Between the years 1996-97, we introduced thread-rolling dies to our product portfolio & now we provide complete tooling solutions to the fastener & cold forge industry.
From the start, our corporate values revolved around product development & customer satisfaction & driven by these values we expanded to form Push-Up Tool Udyog Pvt. Ltd in 1989.

We are manufacturers and suppliers of all types of Carbide Heading Dies. These dies are used for Cold forging and Hot forging.
The material used in dies is Hot Die Steel ( HDS ) of grade H11 and H13 for outer casing and the insert is of Tungsten Carbide. Depending on the application, different grades of Tungsten Carbide are used such as GT55, GT40, GT30, GT20, G50, G40, G30, G20 etc. consisting of 25% or 20% or 15% or 12% Cobalt.

We are manufacturers and suppliers of Flat Thread Rolling Dies and also Circular Thread Rolling Dies.
The material used in dies is HCHCr - High Carbon High Chromiuim steel of grade D2, High Speed Steel / HSS of different grades M2 / 1.3343 / SKH59. Dies are heat treated to 60 – 62 HRc. Rolling Dies are also supplied with special surface treatment to increase the life of tools.
